Response to Creativity Strangled

I think that susa was wrong in that we have lost the voice of the millions. You still here people singing in churches and in the streets. You also hear music from "those wretched mahcines" but that's not all you hear. Also I don't agree that we have become less creative. I think that the oppisite may have occured in society. The more ideas and things that are already out there push us to look at things in even more ways. We have to be even more creative to come up with more new technology etc. For an example of this is the art world, people create new styles to push the boundry's of the last style. That's how fauvism was created among many other styles. Artist were looking for a new way to paint things, something radically differnt from the old ways.

I think the man talking about the arguement of the internet, is wrong in saying that internet produces a lesser culture. Yes it does create a new culture, but the freedom of anyone in the world to be able to produce something that they can call ther own is a fantasic idea. Again, i feel like the more content that is out there, pushes each one of us to turn up our creativity levels to produce something totally revolutionary.
